Job Description
THE ROLE
- Collecting and delivering containers from London Gateway Port
- Mainly general haulage and trailer movements
- Deliveries to customer sites and distribution centres
- Regular ongoing work available
- Day and night shifts available
- Typical shifts around 10–12 hours
- Nights out available
DRIVER REQUIREMENTS
- Full UK C+E licence
- Valid Driver CPC
- Valid Digital Tachograph Card
- Previous Class 1 experience preferred
- Port experience advantageous
- Good understanding of drivers’ hours and working time regulations
- Reliable and professional approach
PAY RATES
- DAYS – £21.00 per hour
- NIGHTS – £22.00 per hour
PAYE and Ltd. accepted, we pay premium rates for Ltd. drivers.
